TEAM TRAINING
Team Training is a structured group coaching experience for women of all fitness levels who want more than random workouts and real results.
What is team training?
You’ll follow the exact workouts I’m personally doing in real time, delivered inside the app. Programming is intentional, progressive, and designed to build real strength, confidence, and a strong physique—without extremes.

Studio Program
Open app, select the training icon at the bottom of the screen. To the right of Studio Program select “View All” and then select Team Training and start the program.
Training Schedule
Select the Coaching icon on the bottom of the screen. Your training schedule will be available for you to view at the top of the page.
You will also find other resources on this page such as a playlist.
Keep Moving
Every 4 weeks the workouts will progress. Even once we move into a new block your workouts will update automatically. No need for you to re-enroll.
